Return and Exchange:

  • Coffee souq customer has the right to return the product within 60 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

 

  • After requesting a return and receiving the product, the amount will be refunded in the appropriate manner, whether it is a bank transfer or cash receipt.

 

  • The refund process by us takes 5 working days and the payment service provider takes 15 working days to implement the process (a total period that may reach 20 working days).

 

  • Electronic payment fees will be deducted in the event of using Benefits 1.75% and other networks 2.75% and Tabby 8% of the invoice value and the shipping amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

  • The value of the return shipping policy from outside Manama is 10 Bahraini Dinar , which will be deducted from the value of the product (in the event that the weight of the products is less than 5 kilograms and in the event of an increase in weight, the amount will be deducted according to the shipping policy by the shipping company) or the product will be returned to our showroom by the customer (this is regarding sales within the Kingdom of Bahrain).

 

  • The value of the return shipping policy from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain is according to the value of the shipping policy from the shipping company (regarding sales outside the Kingdom of Bahrain).

 

  • Regarding sales outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or any other fees imposed on products within other countries.

 

  • Return requests within Manama after confirming the order, the product to be returned must be brought to the showroom.

 

– Regarding the replacement after the product is returned by the customer and received in its new condition, the shipping fees, if any, will be deducted and the customer will be provided with a code for the remaining amount to request the product to be obtained.

 

– Any product purchased within any promotional package or offers that include a group of products, the basic price of the products will be calculated in full before the discount, and then the remaining amount of the value of the returned product will be returned by the customer only.

 

Maintenance and Warranty:

 

  • Any electrical or electronic product is under the warranty of a “local” agent or a “Coffee souq” warranty for one year from the date of purchase.

 

  • We advise the customer to contact the agent directly for any problem he may encounter in the product purchased from our website or one of our showrooms in order to obtain the necessary maintenance in a timely manner.

 

  • We are committed to maintaining any product under the “Coffee souq” warranty within a period not exceeding 14 days from receiving the product. (The customer will be notified of any delay that may occur during this agreed period before the end of the specified period.)

 

  • A shipping policy is provided to the customer to ship the product to be repaired at a reduced value if the customer is outside Manama or outside the Kingdom of Bahrain and we do not bear any responsibility for problems or damages that may occur to the product as a result of the shipping process (We advise the customer to package the product and deliver it to the shipping company in a way that does not cause any damage to the product).

 

  • Customers from within Manama must deliver the product to our showroom to carry out the necessary maintenance work.

 

  • The customer bears any expenses for maintenance and spare parts in the event that the defect is due to misuse and not a manufacturing defect.
