t’s back. The Negele Gorbitu is BACK. This was a no-brainer for us. Last year when we wrote about the Negele we said the feelings it evokes are like that of going on holiday and flying business class, sipping Pina Coladas and getting a Jeep Wrangler from the rental company instead of a Volkswagen Golf. Those are some pretty strong words.
An anaerobically processed coffee that was fermented for 4-5 days, this lot is made up of 3 varietes that were grown at 1995 – 2020 masl: Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho. Funky and super tropical, it’s got notes of pineapple and dark chocolate.
