From our signature collection of hot chocolates: Dark Drinking Chocolate with Sea Salt

Our hot chocolate mix is made with just two ingredients; cocoa beans and unrefined cane sugar. To spice it, we add only a gentle sprinkle of real spices or essences to create an authentic oriental touch.
Available: 300g bag. Ingredients: Cocoa beans (Ghana) and unrefined can sugar. (V, GF)

To prepare: Ideally, add 40g to 160ml of milk, and using the milk steamer attachment of a coffee machine – steam until just foamy.
Alternatively, heat together on a hot stove, mixing until the chocolate is completely dissolved – using your choice of milk or dairy free alternative.
